The MP servers are still running version 1.36 which does not support the new DLC. 1.37 has taken much longer than usual for the MP servers to update to because of the new additions to graphic rendering and server syncing needed. So you need to disable the DLC and convert the game back to version 1.36 to play on multiplayer until it is updated

If you attempt to take a load from this DLC the server will auto-kick you. TruckersMP has no plans to add this DLC. 2) The new Dutch Paint Pack DLC has not been added to MP yet.
